These Terms govern your use of the WholesaleWarrior platform, operated by Society Of Dons ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms. WholesaleWarrior is a software platform providing educational, organizational, workflow, communication, and analytical tools. WholesaleWarrior is NOT a real estate broker, agent, Realtor, title company, escrow company, mortgage company, lender, law firm, accounting firm, financial advisor, or investment advisor. Users remain solely responsible for legal compliance, contract review, due diligence, marketing, negotiations, and all transaction decisions. AI outputs may contain errors and do NOT constitute legal, financial, brokerage, investment, tax, or accounting advice. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Cancellation revokes access immediately. Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts paid by user during the previous 12 months.
